    Thank you for shopping at Inka Resort! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines for both Australian and International orders.

    1. Shipping Destinations

    We currently offer shipping to:

    • Australia (Domestic)

    • United States of America (International)

    2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Timelines

    Australia (Domestic)

    • Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate (2 - 8 business days)

    • Express Post Shipping: $15.00. (1 - 4 business days)

    United States (International)

    • Standard International (All Duties Paid): from $36.00 USD, based on item weight, final shipping cost calculated at checkout. (6 - 27 business days)

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

    3. International Duties & Taxes (USA Customers)

    For our customers in the USA, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model.

    • What this means: Any applicable import duties and taxes (including those related to country of origin) are calculated and collected at checkout.

    • No Surprises: You will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery. The price paid at checkout is the final landed price.

    4. Order Processing Time

    We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

    5. Shipping Carriers

    We primarily use the following shipping carriers:

    • Australia Post (Domestic & International)

    • Sendle / DHL / FedEx (International DDP Services)

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

    6. Shipping Restrictions

    • International PO Boxes: We currently cannot ship to international PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for US orders.

    • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is valid and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    7. Authority to Leave (ATL)

    By default, our shipping carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home. If you provide Authority to Leave, Inka Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel after it has been delivered.

    8. Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Packages

    • Undeliverable: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

    • Lost/Delayed: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at service@inkaresort.com.

    • Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and items to service@inkaresort.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
